PREPARING FOR ZUMBA CLASS

No Street Shoes please!
BEFORE CLASS: If you have concerns about your current fitness level, please talk to a doctor before attending Zumba® Class with Carmen, Poughkeepsie. Zumba can be an intense workout if you allow it to be.
WHAT TO BRING: Aerobic fitness or dance shoes (I recommend Ryka, Sasha, Nike Shox), comfortable active wear, a sweat towel, and most importantly… WATER.

It was great and exiting, fun at the same time and i did not even realize that i was working hard. This a place where i go to have fun and enjoy myself.
It was great, zumba is my drugs, cigarette and alcohol, i am always looking forward to Mondays. I took my friend last Monday, now she is hoke, i love zumba

I had a blast and it was very moving to see that many people, most importantly it was for a good cause we all could related to and i am very proud of my instructor Carmen who has the most wonderful personality and a good heart, i will always support in any way that i can. My first time ever and boy it was great! Carmen is excellent to follow...even though I was sweating up a storm, it never felt like a workout....more like a good dance party. I will be back!

I thought that it was a very good class, and very interesting. I tried to keep up with the pace, I realy tried. I was able to keep up with most of it, the floor in the gym made it hard for my sneakers to move around in the circles very well. It was also very, very hot. I understand that the other permanent room will be ready by next week, but will it have air conditioning? The instructor is very nice and tried real hard to watch and make sure all the students got the steps. overall, it was very enjoyable.
